change of address before taking nclex rn

hello just want to ask what do i need to do coz i am going to change address since i move to another country and i would like to take nclex rn exam? does anybody here experience changing address, changing name or number and letting BON know? what actions did u guys do?

You write to the BON and inform them of your change of address. You can also check the BON website as they may have a form for change of address

If you send them a letter send it certified, return receipt requested.

I have a problem..Im from the philippines, I took my nclex exam 3months ago, until now I have'nt received my result becuse I changed my Address. I already wrote the BOn that I haved changed my address 2 mos. ago, but until now, my result has'nt arrived. please help me, what should i do?...

You need to contact the BRN and request that they resend your results to the right address.

hi callioter 3 what do you mean certified? i already fax bon but when i called they dont receive it. so im going to fax or just send letter including the form. before i change my address i send them a letter by mail before saying that i am going to chnage address and wanted to take exam. seems like they dont keep track on letters or faxes

Certified means recorded delivery, get a signature that the letter reached it's destination.

hi, I have also want to know about change address.

I mail my address change form to CA nursing board by confirmation mail. Its already received. But after they received it, how can I check they accept it or not? I made a phone call but they didn't take my phone. So I would reapply to the Board with new address....If anybody knows about it, please give me your advice.
