I had to take a two-credit course to meet the minimum credits to graduate (32 at the time I enrolled). I came in with three Associates degrees, so I had a lot of classes done already. It was a great program! I just graduated. I did one class at a time, for the most part -- I think I doubled up twice, and that was still manageable with my full-time RN job and once-weekly volunteer paramedic duties.
Good luck!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. (Okay, I didn't really enjoy Econ, but still. )
It was COMP100 -- Computer Applications for Business with Lab. It was all about how to use Microsoft Office 2007, which was kind of a joke for me because I'm a former desktop publisher, and I know Office inside and out. However, 2007 is a little different from earlier versions of Office, so I did learn some things. It was a necessary evil! :) It was the only two-credit class available at the time.
I do remember you.:) I am now working in Hagerstown, Md. Have been there for a year now. Its ok, I just needed a change from WMC. I interviewed at Leesburg for a geriatric psych position. My interview went well, and got positive feedback after my interview, but in the end I guess they offered the position to someone with my psych experience. The last I heard from them, they were trying to get another position approved.....so, I guess they didn't, because I didn't receive anymore calls from them. Congrats on obtaining your BSN! If you have any tips please share them.

Hi All,
I am starting Chamberlain RN-BSN on line July 5th. Is any one else, I will be doing Soc350 this part of the semester and Community nursing the second half. Any one have any words of wisdom?? I'm nervous about getting going. I have a lot of classes already done, Ieven have to take an elective to get enough credits to graduate from their school.
