Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

I was also accepted and I start Nur 101 April 30th. The process was so smooth. I had no problems at all. All of the employees are wonderful. I'm so glad they opened because no telling how long it would have taken me to get into a program! I love my advisor!

I register for my class Saturday as well! Woot Woot! Lol!!!! Did they call you to tell you that your criminal background and everything are back? I haven't heard from them since I went to preenrollment. I was just told the time to come Saturday.

Thanks stressedsobadd. Yes, my advisor called me on Wednesday and told me my background and drug screen was back. I am good to go!! Woot!!! Guess I will see you tomorrow at registration!! :-)

i am trying to get into chamberlain atlanta september. my gpa at this time is 3.56. i will have all of my first year classes completed except for chemistry, philosophy, transition to nursing, and health and wellness. i took the rest at my local community college. this is a lifelong dream for me. i am a bit nervous at how fast the classes will be paced, but iam so determined that i don’t think in the end it will be a problem. i don’thave a social life at all, as i have been taking 5 classes a semester already.my husband and teenage son understand mom is reaching for her dream and theyare proud of me. i take my hesi may 16th which gives me 1 week tostudy after my finals. wish me luck…

Good luck angelynn!! I take mine may 21.... Did you apply online? I was having technical difficulty when I tried to apply and submit my payment. Am I the only one who had this problem?

I had some problems when applying online too! I had to go ahead and apply the good ol fashioned way....money order and paper application LOL

Thats what I did. Cuts down on all the confusion. I tried twice, didnt wanna try again an have my card charged 40 billion times for the application fee LOL

Congratulations to everyone who got in to Chamberlain Atlanta campus, I have an appointment on 05/03/12 with an advisor. My question is can anyone tell me what classes they will be starting and hours of the class and how long they will be in school?
