Nursing Students Chamberlain College

Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

I just took it this session online. It wasn't too bad. You will learn critical thinking skills that will help in future classes.

Has anyone taken PHIL-447N if so how was it?

I took it online in September, it wasn't bad to me at all.

Akilah clear your inbox, I am trying to send you a message.

Does anyone have any suggestions for private loans?

i used Wells Fargo. the process with them was fairly easy and they also defer loan payments.

Hello everyone. I am looking for some study advice for my upcoming Health Assessment/Fundamentals classes. I am in need of some good advice on how to study for exams in these classes. I want to start off the next term right. Thanks

Teah, I used Sallie Mae. They give you various options to pay back the loans though.

Okay, so I start fundamentals, health assessment, and patho in January. I keep hearing people mention fundamentals and health assessment, are you guys not taking patho also? I talked to one person and they said taking all three in the same session was suicide. Is it really that bad to take all 3?

Also, I don't know if anyone has seen the new online bookstore, but is that "chamberlain tote bag" the bag that we need to buy that comes with a bunch of the lab/clinical stuff we'll need? I know I want to buy my own stethoscope but I'm talking about the little stuff like pen lights and stuff.

I am also taking Fundamentals and Health Assessment w/ Patho too. I heard it was hard taking all 3 together but after taking Patho I online this term I don't think I will have a problem with Patho II. Taking Patho online is much easier than onsite from what they people told me in the beginning. I know people who took it onsite and failed and I just took it online and I got an A. I was also wondering about the additional items we needed for clinicals. I am just going to wait until the first day of class to purpose the pen light, scissors etc.

I heard the same thing about taking patho online. Does anyone else have any input on patho? I'm taking it onsite with a professor who had good ratings on rate my professor. I'm a little nervous and excited at the same time.

I had a friend who took patho 1 and 2 onsite with ----- and it was a little difficult for her. She got a C in both because the grading scale is different. However, she did not always put forth her best effort. However, I just took patho 1 online this past session it I liked it. It wasn't that hard and was very informative. I enjoyed it very much.

I personally have my own Stethescope BP cuff and penlight. I ordered the lab kit it doesn't have any of the above items included in it.
