Anyone know anything about this place?

hey right now im in my 3rd semester at chamberlain. Im taking Fundamentals, Health Assessments and patho. I a little curious about the clinicals for this semester. What are they like, What kind of facilities do we go to, and what kind of duties are they going to allow us to do??? We start clinicals in January so kinda excited and curious at the same time.

just out of curiosity what was your gpa and a2 score. im still waiting for my acceptance/denial letter for spring 2010!! my admission advisor sucks and not very optimistic!! :eek: well hope i get in toooo!!

My GPA is a 2.88, from my first B.S. degree. I scored a 98 weighted (87 w/o weighted score) on the A2. Not sure what I got on the essay, I never got the results. My advisor is fine, but a little slow in getting back to me sometimes.

who is your advisor if you dont mind me asking thanks my gpa is 2.99 and a2 i got 89 so im not sure... i have my LPN and thats all... yikes i filled mine on august and she was rushing me to take the a2 and then i called october and she just then filed my things..ughh.. i was upset.

My admissions advisor is Angela. It sounds like you meet the requirements for A2 and gpa. You still have time, think positive!

I just got accepted for the Spring semester 2010 for chamberlain. im soo nervous right now i dont think i know what to expect....i was wondering if anyone knew if Chamberlain was still offering the Chamberlain student loans program?? i briefly heard about it when i was applying cuz the last time i got accepted but i coudnt go to school because i ddnt get any loans. soo...im hoping this time i can just sign up for their loan program?

oh yay!!! how far are you in the whole getting loans and stuff process?? im still looking for private loans...im crossing my fingers with my credit that i get a loan.

My advisor is on vacation so I am waiting for her to get back so she can give me the lowdown on those credits. I have a bachelor's so I really don't want to take unneccessary classes all over again. I am going to apply for private loans too because that's the only choice I have. I also wanted to look into some of those programs that pay back your loans as long as you work for facilities within the state. That would be awesome! I am sure that u will get a loan even though the lenders are a little stingy these days.

Here is a link to help you get your schooling paid for when you graduate. It's a really good thing, but know that you are going to have to work in some pretty sketchy areas!
