challenging and rewarding aspects

Hi everyone! I am a nursing student and a new member to this website. I am interested in hearing some opinions about what some of the most challenging aspects of being a nurse are. In addition, I would like to hear what people believe are some of the most rewarding aspects of the nursing profession. Note: This is for a project so I would appreciate thoughtful and substantial responses! :)
