Chaffey college spring 2017

Published

Hello!

Im just curious to see if anyone here is going to apply to the Chaffey ADN program this September for the upcoming Spring 2017 semester?

did anyone else hear back from chaffey? i had the math 401 done BOTH times i have applied so its not necessarily based on that. i haven't heard anything so i don't think I'm getting in.

I still haven't either so I've just accepted that it's a NO. I tried calling the nursing dept to verify all letters have been sent out but they don't answer and won't call me back. Oh well í ½í¹„

From my last time applying, i know that since i didn't hear back in the first 10 days of the month, i would get my rejection letter later on. and sure enough i did :( so ridiculous i can't believe this happened twice. i need to leave california, loll

I called Chaffey College this morning and she told me that letters are still being sent out and that we will receive a letter regarding our status no later than OCT 31st. There is still hope!

Acceptance letters must be turned in by end of the day on October 17th. Based in the last 5 times I applied to Chaffey, if you don't get a letter within the first 10 days after the end of application period there is very little chance you may get in. Alternate letters are sent out usually during the first 10 days as well.

yea same based on my past applications.. if you havent heard back by now chances are rejection letter will come soon

Has anyone received a rejection letter yet? I haven't received anything at all from Chaffey.

Nope nothing here either. I tried to call yesterday and she said that the person sending out notices was out and will be back today. I tried to ask if they were notices of denial and she hung up on me

havent gotten one either..

i did get a rejection letter on saturday finally. not that i was suprised. darn that 1 unit math course. oh well. heres to hoping RCC lets me start my nursing journey. good luck to everyone in the Chaffey program or those still waiting for their chance.

Yeah I got mine too. I went to an interview at Azusa Pacific so hopefully that works out.

I took all my classes at Chaffey College. No, I am not a nursing student here yet. You do NEED the math 401(Medical dosage) class in order to enter to the program. If you don't have it completed, don't even waste your time to apply to the program because this class is mandatory. It's not about luck that they will miss the class math 401 on your transcript. Also, the math 401 class is only offered at Chaffey College. It's only a 1 unit class. Just know your addition, subtraction, fractions, division, and metric conversions. Really easy! No other schools require it.
