Hello guys has anyone noticed that castle branch seems to lag and unresponsive to uploading documents for no reason. I attached two documents pending review now the rest are not uploading no matter what. I don't know if I should give it time or what. I even switched browsers to Chrome and logged out of CB still the same.

Same here. 🤨I was not able to upload my Covide Booster document. I will try it again tomorrow morning.

Hi all, I'm a bit confused. I know all the to list documentation must be uploaded on to Castle Branch by a certain day however. What needs to be turned in on campus? (This was in One of our boarding emails)

"Please review all the materials thoroughly. Once you have everything ready, let me know when you would like to come in to submit your documents and any supporting materials.”

also it is impossible to send official TEAS if youre not sending to an institution. I've already sent mine through ATI web to chabot but (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) is saying they had problems receiving them thay way.

For the ATI TEAS, I downloaded the report and sent it to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). She confirmed receipt without requesting more information. I'm a bit disappointed because I spent $30 to send the TEAS to Chabot via ATI, but it is what it is. 🤨

I don't know what documents they will need, so I plan to make copies of the documents I will upload into CastleBranch and bring them for orientation.

Thank you! I was thinking the same as well. Everything that is submitted goes to the school office as well.

When you read onboarding documents on vaccination records that is what needs to be submitted. Read at the bottom of vaccination records you will see it written. At first was also confused but figured it out.

They want the documents dealing with vaccination to be submitted in person there is also a deadline for it.

Hi guys,

For the drug screening, did you guys do it within 48 hours? The soonest appointment available is on the 19th which is way past the 48hrs window. Will they still accept it??

I contacted (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) about this. She said a lot of people are having issues getting appointments so they are accepting it after 48 hours.

Yes the Nursing director sent an email saying of the delays in drug test and said. Just do the soonest even beyond the 48 hrs

Has anyone taken the drug test yet? Is so how long did it take for results to come back?

I took the drug test. 2 days the results were already in my castlebranch from the lab 🙂

I went Tuesday to SF, and nothing yet.
