the exam is different. I would suggest doing as many questions as you can, practice, practice and practice. Make sure you understand the rationale to why you got the question wrong
For my Nclex review,Im sticking up to one reference book (NSNA) would this be of great help?hihi thanks!
don't know this book. I found saunders a good one to use

Writing the NCLEX is very tricky unlike the CGFNS it is set up to confuse you . Saunders is an excellent reference but the most important thing you can learn is how to answer the NCLEX questions, this is where Kaplan is excellent. Read the first pages, they will be what makes you pass or fail.
If you ignore those pages you will fail. Know maslows heirarchy of needs ,know your ABC'c (airway breathing circulation) and know that assessment always comes first before anything else. (true in the real world you world be doing several things at once but not in the NCLEX world). Answer the questions the way it recommends you answer them and do not skip the process. I have seen too many students just answer the questions to the best of their knowledge thinking they truly knew the answer only to fail the because they might have the right answer in the real world but not the nclex world. You will understand a little better when you get the book it explains it very well
