One of the requirements here in WI is TOEFL. I had an overall passing score of 88 but my speaking was 24, they want 26. But I called WI BON they said all they want is the overall score. I called CGFNS. Reps arent very nice, they call it crazy blah blah.. Instruct me to do this and that. Sounded like "Who cares!" Different instructions everytime I called but I did everything they want me to do.. Waited for 2 mos for a good hearted rep to help me.. His name is ***. Finally asked the supervisor. Waited for days.. Called them again.. THey said "they called" but WI BON said they wont accept it.. (weird, WI BON is telling me another story) Asked me to Call WI BON and ask them to Email the supervisor.. Luckily, they did send her an email that states they go for the overall score. So they let me pass.. Today I called CGFNS because some docs came in to my acct that is not mine. NY transcript and some other docs.. I just wanted them to know to help them. Its another's persons docs. But my own License Validation is missing so I was worried maybe it went to some others acct too.. She sounded irritated that I called again.. When I checked my acct, yes the updated my License Validation but my TOEFL exam is in "waiting for passing score" AGAIN!

CGFNS are know for this and also know for not always updating accounts appropriately. Mine years ago still said witing for various documents and that was after my certificate and visa screen had been issued

Oh dear tell me about it! I was also given the run around when I was dealing with CGFNS and not until after 2 months of calling them daily, had also asked for the supervisor that's when they updated my account. But after dealing with CGFNS everything went smoothly and got my ATT in under a month. CGFNS gives you assurance but they don't live up to it, it's like you didn't pay for their service. Most are also rude. Just tone of their voices irks me sometimes. It's like they're talking to children...
