CGFNS post office pickup

Hello,

I sent my school documents from Philippines via Phlpost express mail and my mail has been received by Philadelphia post office since November 19. The status states that my mail is ready for pickup.

Does CGFNS collect mails from post office? I sent them email but no reply yet so does the post office. 

Has anyone experienced this?

 what number did you call them? I tried calling them +1 (215) 222 – 8454 and it always says busy.

I have sent certain certificates for my cgfns verification through Emirates post. It shows available for pickup. Will cgfns team  pickup the parcel? How many days it will take you to receive the parcel please reply

Mine took 3 weeks for USPS to deliver it to CGFNS. It shows ready for pick up but they will deliver it to CGFNS
