  1. @Sweethu Christy Tom Mine took 3 weeks for USPS to deliver it to CGFNS. It shows ready for pick up but they will deliver it to CGFNS
  2. @Cris2021 I used the correspondence box and they replied after 2 weeks.
  3. @jasmine fu I called usps for redelivery. They promised to send it within 3 days, and that didn't happened. I emailed CGFNS and they assured me that USPS will deliver the letter to them. After a month of waiting, CGFNS emailed me saying they finally received my documents. In USPS tracking history, my docs are still awaiting for pick up. I think USPS is not updating their system.
  4. @Cris2021 they replied to my email and assured me that all postal services deliver to CGFNS. I even called USPS for help but their 3-business days promise didn't happen. After a month of waiting, CGFNS emailed me that they already have my documents. I think USPS doesn't update their tracking system as it shows that my documents are still awaiting pickup.
  5. Same issue here. My mail has been sitting in their office for 11 days now awaitinf for pick up.
  6. Hello, I sent my school documents from Philippines via Phlpost express mail and my mail has been received by Philadelphia post office since November 19. The status states that my mail is ready for pickup. Does CGFNS collect mails from post office? I sent them email but no reply yet so does the post office. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you.
