CGFNS post office pickup

Hello,

I sent my school documents from Philippines via Phlpost express mail and my mail has been received by Philadelphia post office since November 19. The status states that my mail is ready for pickup.

Does CGFNS collect mails from post office? I sent them email but no reply yet so does the post office. 

Has anyone experienced this?

I have the same issue. What happened to your documents. Did your docs reached CGFNS office?

@Cris2021 they replied to my email and assured me that all postal services deliver to CGFNS. I even called USPS for help but their 3-business days promise didn't happen.

After a month of waiting, CGFNS emailed me that they already have my documents. 

I think USPS doesn't update their tracking system as it shows that my documents are still awaiting pickup.

Hi, I have the same problem with that. Do I have to call USPS or CGFNS？ I was thinking call usps ask them to redelivery again, or I have to ask cgfns to pick it up???

@jasmine fu I called usps for redelivery. They promised to send it within 3 days, and that didn't happened. I emailed CGFNS and they assured me that USPS will deliver the letter to them. After a month of waiting, CGFNS emailed me saying they finally received my documents. 

In USPS tracking history, my docs are still awaiting for pick up. I think USPS is not updating their system.

Hi what was the email you used in communicating CGFNS? I sent messages since December 20, 2021 via correspondence box but but still I was not receiving any response.

@Cris2021 I called them this morning, they told me they will go pick up the mail usually 2-3 times a week. However, the post office does not update the status sometimes. My package was delivered today.

           what number did you call them? I tried calling them +1 (215) 222 – 8454 and it always says busy.
