CGFNS received my Nursing council licence verification form and was rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Signature was not provided. A Valid seal was not provided"
The licence verification form was both sealed and signed by the registrar of my Nursing licence council. I called CGFNS and the staff told me that the licence they received was properly signed, that what they needed was a validation of the signature of the licence , I asked what does that mean, and basically they wanted to know exactly who the person that had signed the licence verification form was...so they instructed me to contact with the nursing licencing council to check their mail.
I already contacted the registrar of my Nursing licence council and they said the didn't receive any email yet regarding this concern and CGFNS said they email them already. It's so frustrating. I even reprocessed a new form but still no update from CGFNS.
I hope somebody will share how did you guys resolve this issue. Please share. I really appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hi!
I went through this same frustration with CGFNS. After communicating and confirming that yes, the signature was valid and everything was correct on my universities end, I ended up going through the BBB and made a complaint (it had been about 4 months by this stage). After making the complaint, the issue was resolved within days.
