CGFNS Issue

I applied CGFNS last September 30, 2018, but I am still waiting for them to approve.

CGFNS keep saying the signature on my scripture from my school is not the person that in their database. However, the person has been the school for over 10 years. There were a lot of students applied and did not have any issue about that in the past 10 years.

I called CGFNS and they told me they already sent an e-mail to my school in order to verify the signature on July 8, 2019. However, the e-mail they send to the former president's e-mail address. I had been deactivated for 9 years.
I told CGFNS and they said they already send the e-mail so need to wait for 30days to sent again and once they receive the e-mail from my school and then need to wait other 20 business days to update my file...I feel really frustrated and angry about that because it is not my fault why I need to take sooooo many days to wait for them to approve my documents.

There were a lot of ridiculous things happened from CGFNS. I just want to get things done now.


Is there anyone applied CGFNS and received they said the signature is not valid?
If you had this experience and know the e-mail content can you please share with me so I can forward to my school so that my school can help me to solve this issue as soon as possible. It will help me a lot! Thank you so much

I don't have any personal experience with CGFNS. My understanding is that it tests for English proficiency, among other things. While the waiting time is frustrating, I do recommend you spend the interval studying as much as you can, especially working on written English skills.

I did not have this issues. But I had several other issues with them, both times I’ve been forced to use them. It is worth calling them to find out exactly what their “issue” is so you can have it done correctly the second time. They absolutely will not just fix the issue even if it was an obvious mistake or misunderstanding on their side. They will force you to wait the set amount of time and then pay the associated dollars to your school to re do the entire step.
