Do you have any idea how much is the cost of CGFNS? IELTS? NCLEX? including the transportation and accomodation if outside the philippines...
Where will be the venue of each?
what is the schedules of each exam?
thanks!

A lot will depend on state you apply licensure for Remember you are not applying for NCLEX but to be a licensed nurse in the US. Pearsonvue will cost $200 plus $150 (and any VAT if applicable) when sitting the exam outside of the USA

Wow! This is a good topic but we have to narrow it down because it's too broad. What I mean is to narrow it down to specific state because each state has different requirements. I also suggest that you have to change the topic to a more attractive title. Maybe "Total Cost of licensing in the USA" or in a certain state.
If you need CGFNS-CES, a full course by course evaluation cost you US$378 (PHP 18K+) plus courier charges. You will be sending 3 times to CGFNS and each will cost you PHP1680 (DHL).
1) License verification at PRC
2) Education documents from your School
3) Application form + HS Diploma + Money Draft (Dollar)
After CGFNS-CES, then you have to apply again to the state BON. US$125 (PHP 6K+) for Vermont. You will then be again sending your documents including the application form. Some state do require Finger Finger Print Card, so you have to send it to the desired agency.
When your application is approved by the state BON then you have to register at Pearson-Vue for the NCLEX-RN exam. US$200 + US$150 (if outside USA).
It's a large amount of money so take it one step at a time.
Good luck.
