CGFNS 2018 (help)

Hi,

I'm confuse about completing the forms and should give it to my respective schools. Do I need to register online and pay the service so I can print the forms? Or can I greyed out my payment first to process my requirements. Also, I'm curious is it possible that the English proficiency test comes after taking the NCLEX and pass it.

Okay! So, I found the Academic transcript forms and Validation of License forms to be given to schools or license. Here's the link - http://www.cgfns.org/wp-content/uploads/VSHandbook.pdf .

You will not get approval to sit NCLEX until all requirements are met and if English is required then that has to be done first

@Silverdragon102 I paid online already. I'm just wondering how will I include my secondary diploma. The updated forms the CGFNS provided were my college academic form and license form. Should include it to my college form and attach it with supplemental form?

If you're looking for the forms. You need to pay online first. The CGFNS will provide it online. For secondary education, I have no idea how to include it.
