Hello everyone. I am from Philippines, I was checking my order status in CGFNS site and then saw a "RECEIVED BUT NOT ACCEPTED" in my school verification. So I called CGFNS to ask what went wrong and the lady said it has discrepancy from what I filled out in form and from what the school sent to them so I said what can I do to make it right? No answer but instead she asked me about the dates that I put on the form and I said I am not sure because I have bad memory when it comes to dates and she said oh ok coz you have bad memory and she's in a hurry to end our conversation. I don't know what to do and she said have a nice day and hung up. How could I have a good day from learning these thing. Please help if somebody out there that happened the same thing and to those who knows what to do. I am honestly don't know what to do. I felt like thunderstorm hit me.[emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] I feel like a hell right now. And another problem about my PRC license verification it been almost 6months and until now they did not forward anything in CGFNS I called PRC Manila they told me that they didn't receive anything from CGFNS. I couldn't call PRC about it coz they told me before that I will not get involve about it because its an office to office transaction and if I get involve there's a possible for them to disqualify me. I felt like I already failed this test because of what happening about my documents process. Please help[emoji24][emoji24]

Hi Kabayan! I may have an idea of what your problem is. Go over your CGFNS files and check your school records maybe you have an incorrect date of admission/graduation (coz i did:(). When you identify the discrepancy, you have to write the office of CGFNS specifying the correction of your data in their system.
Regarding PRC, CGFNS will not send any to PRC. There is a Request for Validation of License form (check your CGFNS account) that needs to be printed and you will send it to PRC for processing.
I'm currently processing my CES with CGFNS and dealing with this kind of problem is very stressful. I hope this will help you.:)

Hi kabayan I'm processing my CVS in NY it's different to CES whereas you are the one who will send the documents in CVS CGFNS will be the one to send request which is so frustrating coz they will not let you involve to this matter and they will not even disclose information of what's going on.[emoji22] thank you for your reply kabayan. By the way how long did you wait for your att?
Sorry for the mix up ...
I'm still waiting for the approval of my docs in CGFNS, after that I'll endure the BON application.
Sending prayers for you... hope everything will be okay soon.í ½í¸Š

Hello there. I have a problem with my signed notarized application. Its confusing because i already submitted it months ago and they have notified me that they received it already. In fact, they sent a letter of verification to my school already but not the prc. Right now im so alarmed when they notified me that i have a missing doc and that is the application. I was wondering how come they already started sending letter if they didnt accept the application. Thanks so much for helping!
