Hi AnnaSugar, BSN, please allow me to answer your question. Every 3 years the NCSBN updates/ make changes in the NCLEX exam.The on going exam have the test plan that will end on March 31, 2016. So far, upon comparison, there were little add ons/ changes. You can view the detailed test plan in their website at NCSBN which will take effect on April 1. Hi Kabayan! I may have an idea of what your problem is. Go over your CGFNS files and check your school records maybe you have an incorrect date of admission/graduation (coz i did:(). When you identify the discrepancy, you have to write the office of CGFNS specifying the correction of your data in their system. Regarding PRC, CGFNS will not send any to PRC. There is a Request for Validation of License form (check your CGFNS account) that needs to be printed and you will send it to PRC for processing. I'm currently processing my CES with CGFNS and dealing with this kind of problem is very stressful. I hope this will help you.:)
