CGFNS and BON processing time

Hi! I'm from Philippines and I'm going to apply for NCLEX soon. I need anyone who could share their experience with the waiting time for CGFNS CES (credentialing process) and waiting for the eligibility to test from the BON they applied.

Your answers would help me sort my timetable as to when I can start reviewing for NCLEX exam and probably give me an idea as to which state I can apply that would respond soon. I've heard that California BON takes a while. Still, I'm open to hear your experience.

Are you applying for LPN or RN? California requires a US SSN before they accept application. Average time usually is 4-6 months
