Anyone on here know the requirments for their lpn program at CFCC in Ocala? I am going to the info session but not for two weeks and was just wondering if anyone on here knew. THanks

Ok, so I took the NET test (dumbest test ever!!) and I passed with flying colors. Now I am just waiting til I can turn in my application packet......anyone else??

Congrats Bella. I received my LPN acceptance letter months ago but I'm still hoping to get accepted into the RN for January. I was told they were going to re-evaluate how many seats are still available and send out more acceptance letters mid-November.

Have you heard anything about the RN program? I am doing the LPN program this January. It was my understanding that once you accepted a seat into one of the health care programs (besides EMT) they removed you from any other lists. Just wondering, if you are still doing the LPN or if you changed?

I am still registered for the LPN. I found out there were available seats for the RN but since I am out of county, I am at the bottom of the list. I was told if I had lived in Citrus, Levy or Marion, I would have gotten in. Oh well, I'm grateful for the LPN. I'm still an alternate for the RN at another school so hopefully, I'll get a call soon that I get to start there. I've gotten all my vaccinations but am waiting closer to January before I get my physical. Hopefully, Wednesday we will get all the info we need. I don't anything about them dropping you from a program once accepted into another. I'm not that familiar with CFCC. Have you spoken to anyone about what we can expect Wednesday? Do we pay our fees? Get books?

I am not sure what to expect on Wednesday. I know they are supposed to have things we can purchase. I suspect that it will be things like books, patches for uniforms and our lab kits. I am not sure when fees are actually due.

They schedule for the first semester is already online and the book requirements are too. I have already ordered my books. I don't think the syllabus will be ready anytime soon since it is printed by CFCC and they wait til they have a "head count" before printing it.

I hate not knowing what to expect and wish Wednesday would just get here!
