Certified Copies from Court

Nurses Criminal

Published

I will graduating from my nursing program (LPN/RN) in a couple months and would like to get my paper work into the Ohio BON as soon as possible I have a question ...i also emailed the BON over a week ago with this question but have not gotten a reply so I was wondering if anyone can clarify for me...On the nclex application it states to send certified copies of court documents and expundged records...I have the originals so if I make a copy of those and send with my application will that be ok or do they need the originals I have...If my memory is correct I sent a copy of the ones I had when I applied to take my nclex-pn back in 2007, but not 100% sure...Thanks

Needs to be original and certified stamped by the court. U can request certified copies from the court. They are pricy but here in California U can get a fee waiver.

I had my originals certified, and sent the board the copies. I never give up my originals. That's like sending them your original birth certificate..........The board accepted them all.
