I am not sure what you mean by a "certificate". If you are referencing a certification, those require a level of expertise - generally two years of experience or more.
Since you have worked as a nurse for a year, you aren't considered a new grad anymore. You will want to network with people you know who got hospital jobs in hopes of getting your foot in the door. You will also want to consider relocating to an area where the nursing shortage is a reality - rural areas, Indian territories and along the Texas/Mexico border.

Hello everyone , happy holiday, I was wondering what all useful certificate should a new grad get to boost their value and increase chance of hire?
I have one year experience at rehab already , but just can seem to find a job in hospital around Tampa Florida area, feeling discouraged ! Any tips will help!!!
