Certificate of employment supporting document for QSW program

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask for some inputs or experience about my current situation. I'm going to be honest and straight. I'm a registered filipino nurse for two years now but with no experience. Recently my sister contacted me and wanted me to apply as an immigrant to canada through the QSW but sadly I lack the much needed paid experience the agencies are asking me for. Last week I applied and was accepted as a volunteer nurse in a local hospital at our place. The owner is willing to give me the certificate of employment i need for my application. They said that its ok since i will be working with them while i'm still processing. here's my worry, if they can give me my much needed certificate of employment what else do I need to secure to justify it. Will I need more supporting documents that I was really employed and was receiving salary? Will it be risky?

You could be asked supporting documents. Be aware they may ask for paid employment proof and they usually ask for proof of funds that is required as part of the immigration process. Have you checked out the CIC website on what is required?

You will need to prove you were being paid and yes it is risky. If you get caught lying you will be banned from applying again.Volunteer work will not count as experience.

Silverdragon I did check but i could not find what supporting doc they need, even the agencies wont tell me. I'm trying to convince my sister that I will just enter through their Student VIsa program. She said she wont help if im not applying as an immigrant ouch.

Applying as a student will not get you PR. Also you have to be accepted at a school first.Then you would need enough money to support yourself and pay international school fees.
