Certificate/Continuing Education for LPN's?????

Published

Greetings:

I am an LPN both in the State of Georgia and Ohio (6 years). I have been truely blessed as an LPN career wise, but I am not looking to excelerate my skills. I am planning to enroll in the Excelsior program, hopefully by June of this year (Inshallaah), to receive my RN. For the last 4 years I have worked for a wonderful Assisted Living Community as the Director of Resident Care/Wellness Services. I currently make $50,000 and I am 31 y/o. I would like to get a few certifications under my belt while I am finishing the RN program. Are there any certification courses in Gerentology, Diabetic Management, anything for LPN's? Would someone please assist me with finding out more?

Thanks and Be Blessed,

Namaste,

AmiRah
