Cerner and Single Sign On

Does anyone use Cerner and Imprivata One Sign (single sign on) where you can tap your badge to log in?

If so, have you ever had log on issues? Like badging in, and some one elses name came up?

A variety of issues, including things like you mention. Sometimes I wasn't sure if it was actually logging someone else in or just acting like it was logging me in but in the end leaving a previous user logged in.

Let your IT know. Pay close attention til they get it ironed out.

I did notify IT of the issue.

Basically I badged in, and another nurses name came up. I'm assuming she was last person signed into that computer. Had I not been paying attention, I easily could have charted under their name.

I was really just wondering if this happens elsewhere.

My phone tries to login if I put it near the card reader. Also, I carry another card next to my badge (for transportation), and that has it's own login (if I accidentally pull that card and not my badge), too - but not recognized. With our sign-on, every few hours we need to use our pin/password, same if we swap users.
