Hi
I received an email for an interview. I'm so nervous about it. Anyone from the past cohort has any tips for the interview? Thanks

Which unit did you applied ? I know they already sent out an email for the connectivity test( about Microsoft teams to prepare us for the interview) Mayb check your junk email as well in case you miss it?

Hey guys! Just wanted to reach out. Who did interviews? If so, when do we expect to hear from Cedars?

I interviewed on Wednesday! and got offered the next day! they said they would let everyone know by Monday so I was surprised to get offered so soon. But maybe cause my unit isn't suepr high acuity. (Medsurg)

So, when I did the interview, they said it's essentially a mix of med surg, tele and PCU patients. I intentionally asked how they would describe it acuity wise. It honestly sounds more like a med surg floor for the most part. Maximum nurse to patient ratio is 5:1 which aligns with med surg, and minimum is 3:1 if you have PCU patients. Other than that, it was pretty vague

I totally feel you! I interviewed on Thursday and still have not heard from anything either. What floor/unit did you apply to? The waiting game is real. LOL

I also interviewed Thursday! I applied for postpartum. I was thinking of emailing Aramik to see if there's been any delays. My application status still says interviews so maybe they're still going through all the apps :,)

Nice! I'm hoping that we score this job then! From the past forums I've read, some people got rejection letters the day after they interviewed, but I have also read that they received rejection letters the week after they interviewed. My application status also says "Interviews" as well. I'm hoping that Wednesday will be the day we find out?
