Anybody have any insight on pay? Is it really mid 40's for like 5 years exp? Asking for a friend. This is a non union hospital.

RN at CS for 4 years. Current pay: $50/hr, $7 night shift dif, $2 weekend dif. I recommend exploring unionized hospitals first.

Thats interesting my friend was offered $44 I think Nov, she declined the offer. Wonder why they lowballed her.
