Also for those that got the offer sheet and are a bit confused about the pay..

Cedars pays base for 8hrs, then 4hrs OT rate for a 12 hr shift every shift.

So if you see your base rate and its not what you were told on the phone, its because your actual rate is the average of 8hrs base and 4hrs OT.

If you used to work 10 or 12 hr shift that paid straight all 10-12 hrs, this might be a bit confusing at first.

I'm on the same boat. I haven't received a call or a rejection email. It seems like it isn't by unit only either. Because one person got a call from the OR on Friday and another person got a call for the OR again today. That means it isn't by unit... I also thought it might've been alphabetical order by last names? But that was debunked. Sooo... I'm still anxiously waiting :(

I called HR today and they are still in the process apparently. I guess that's a good sign for those who haven't received an email nor a call.
