Also for those that got the offer sheet and are a bit confused about the pay.. Cedars pays base for 8hrs, then 4hrs OT rate for a 12 hr shift every shift. So if you see your base rate and its not what you were told on the phone, its because your actual rate is the average of 8hrs base and 4hrs OT. If you used to work 10 or 12 hr shift that paid straight all 10-12 hrs, this might be a bit confusing at first.
