Cedars-Sinai just opened their New Grad RN Residency for the Winter  2024 Cohort, with a start date of Monday, February 5, 2024! Anyone applying?

I interviewed with 4N neuro/stroke today and got an offer 3 hours later!

If we interviewed and don't hear back quickly (same day) should we take that as a bad sign?

I wouldn't say I'd give it a shot till the last day to get an offer is! What unit did u apply to?

I applied to 4N, neuro/stroke. I interviewed yesterday and I thought it went well. I didn't receive a same day offer, but trying to stay optimistic even though its a little tough. 
I'm really happy that they send offers so quickly so people aren't waiting.
