Cedars-Sinai just opened their New Grad RN Residency for the Winter  2024 Cohort, with a start date of Monday, February 5, 2024! Anyone applying?

My interview was about 40-45 minutes long.

What sort of questions did they ask you? I've heard that they ask situational/behavioral questions a lot but I'm wondering if they ask clinical questions too

They were mostly typical interview questions about situations I'd experienced. They gave me 1 clinical question about the patient education I would give in a specific circumstance. Pretty basic.
