They informed me that I live really far away too! 😥 Feeling a little frustrated with this whole process. I am also in a slightly different situation. I have only 2 months of experience in a rural part of California because I was desperate for work as a new grad. They basically implied that this experience counts against me because the level of care in rural areas differs from that in major metropolitan hospitals, and it's difficult to untrain bad practices. I swear, I felt like crying when I heard that.

No way?!? What unit did you interview for?
 

I knew they would be picky because of how "prestigious" the hospital it is, but damn didn't think they'd be that picky. It's okay though, give it time and you'll find something that works.

Hello! I interviewed yesterday on April 4th. Received my offer about 5 hours later.
