Cedars Sinai New Grad Residency Spring 2024

Updated:   Published

Let's update each other!

I finished mine in 18 mins and asked questions for the remaining 15 mins 😭

I just had mine for 8S General Surgery. It was about 30-35 minutes and I had 2 people plus I gave consent to be recorded since the assisting nursing manager wasn't able to join. It was a combination of behavioral and clinical situations. Took some time to get "comfortable" and not blank out totally but hopefully it went okay. It wasn't too bad and they were so nice. We shall see.

Good luck to everyone 🙂

What kind of questions did they ask for OR if you don't mind me asking

I think every unit is different. Mine asked me clinical questions based on the patient population on their unit. For instance, they have quite a bit heart failure patients, so I was asked questions regarding that. Just review important information on neuro before going in tomr. Also, just think of it as a conversation between you and them. Don't be too nervous; they do give you a few seconds to relax before starting.

You got this! 🙂

Just had my interview, didn't go too hot. I wasn't expecting so many clinical questions. I did the best I could though, but seems like they're only looking for one person. They also said I live really far, so  😬

I also had my interview today! Definitely was not expecting it to be so behavioral/clinical scenario heavy... But as long as you answered to your best ability, that's all that matters🥹

Does anyone know how many RNs 4s oncology is hiring?
