I have friends going there who all have had a  good experience, I don't live crazy far - about 75miles away (we can move closer though when the time comes), I felt a connection from day 1 when I visited, it's hard to explain why.
I like the campus and the area too. 

I just have to stay positive, I am applying with 1 year of experience. (I put a massive amount of work into this 1 year though…)

Seems like you all did private campus visits. I live on the west coast so I wasn't able to do more than a Zoom meeting. Probably puts me at a big disadvantage. Bummer. Best of luck.

You never know! 
They have many students from all over the country. I commend you for the effort and traveling for interviews if offered! I can't move too far from home so my options are limited.

Does anybody know how many seats they have for each cohort? I was digging the previous CC posts and couldnt find any info

They're accepting up to 25 this year. I was told last year they had 150 apply and interviewed 70 for those 25 spots.

My application status says "Closed (File Closed)”

The application is active next to the application number. 
it's probably just generic meaning everything was sent in and have to wait for them to sort through.

anyone else?

Hi mine says active next to the application ID but complete APP under status.

When did you submit? Maybe just means they've reviewed it. I applied closer to the deadline.

I sent my cv and essay/the last bits of required stuff closer to the deadline.

Mine says "complete" as well, not closed.
