2014 CCP Nursing Program

I figured I would start this topic to lower my anxiety just a little. I took the health allied test today and I have to wait till next week to get my scores. I really feel like im on pins and needles right now and I know I'll be a nervous wreck when I actually wait for my acceptance. Before I even got started on my journey to be a nurse I came across this website and It really answered a lot of questions about the application process, and was insightful in other areas of nursing that enabled me to think of more questions for answering. what I really love the most was that in previous years ccp applicants supported each other during the nerve wrecking waiting period on getting accepted. that support was so tremendous that a lot of the applicants bonded and became friends. Is there anyone else that has applied for the 2014 CCP program?

Regarding the FBI criminal background check/fingerprinting:

what exactly do we have to turn in? I went any got fingerprinted, and received my "unofficial record" in the mail. --- is that what I turn in?

Yes, you will give them a copy of that.

I didnt give the "unofficial copy" even though I had it. The lady checked it but she only took the receipt of my FBI. It says on the orientation packet we received by mail , at the back, to give a receipt copy

She took my unofficial copy. I thought you were only supposed to give the receipt copy if you had not received anything the mail as proof you had done the fingerprints.

I got my child abuse clearance back. Which is surprising since I sent it orientation day. Then again I did send it Priority mail.

well the lady did check my unofficial copy, the second page - it says no criminal history, then she gave it back to me and took the fingerprinting receipt

Can'wait for my physical exam which is same day as the drug screening....i just want to get these part over with

The drug screen took no time. It's a urine test.

make an appointment at Jefferson Department of Family Medicine and Community. It is at 833 Chestnut Suite 3...(IDK if that is the right address)I made an appointment for tomorrow. I am worried what the doctor for P/E will say since I have bug bites on my arm.
