Published

Hello, I am starting a topic for the cohort at Community College of Baltimore County who will be applying for the Spring 2020 semester. I know that applications will be due soon at the end of this month, so please share your nerves, questions, ect. Good luck everyone!

I applied to Essex day program for Spring 2020. I just left the Atb information session the lady said 73 people applied for Catonsville campus.

Good luck everyone

@Nertgirl02 Did she say how many spots they have? Like of the 73 how many they will accept

There are about 60 spots at each campus. I talked to a lady who is part of admissions

@Nertgirl02 WOW! Only 73. There's a high chance that I got in.

Hey everyone,

The 6-8 week time frame is approaching. Im assuming we should find out between Oct. 23rd- Nov. 2nd. My application says "Under Review" at this time. @Abcar1 and @Madge001 thanks for responding, hopefully we all get into the program! What were your stats prior to applying? Im finishing up my last two pre-bsn courses. My overall gpa is a 3.3, I recieved Exemplary on my teas, I also did the ccbc pre-nursing professionalism class.

I can't even see my application on simon. But I did get a confirmation email and a email saying that it was under review.

@hopegirl21I was so sad when she told me that. It means for me everyone applied to the Essex campus. I probably didn’t get In. I have C in both A&P B in micro and A and B’s in everything else. Next time I am applying to Catonsville campus if I don’t get in.

@hopegirl21 When you go on Simon:

Click on, Student Services, Admissions tab then underneath admission term, select Spring 2020 CCBC. Once you click on your application it will show you the status and eventually the decision of the application. Hopefully this helps. ?

@Nertgirl02 The crazy thing is, I feel like everyone who applied to Essex last year got in. I have a 3.1 gpa and I got proficient on teas.

CCBC’s School of Health Professions has received your supplemental application created through your SIMON account.

All further communication will occur by email.

That's the email I got when I applied. I sent that application like 5 times and it doesn't let me see it. It just makes me fill out the application all over again.
