Hi all!
I just submitted my application to CCBCs Essex Day program for Fall '19. I immediately felt like I was going to puke! (hopefully this is a good indication?!) Anyway, I would love to connect with other applicants, so we can worry together.
Hoping to hear back from some of you!

I wonder if that's why they wait so long after the deadline to start making decisions (to make sure that those people still taking prerequisites are passing/ getting good grades)? I didn't realize that CCBC records midterm grades until I saw my midterm grades for this semester on Simon today!
You know, I never thought about that until just now. You’re probably right. However, I don’t think Spring semester takes this long for a decision. What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I think you're right. I think the Fall decisions take longer because of spring break at all of the ATB schools. The Spring decision period doesn't involve any long breaks.

I see what you mean, the article is not that clear.
In one part they state "As part of UMSON’s continued effort to increase the number of collaborative pathways to earning a BSN in Maryland, CCBC becomes the 13th community college in the state where students can apply to, be admitted to, and begin taking classes in UMSON’s BSN program while still working toward their ADN, saving them time in completing both degrees. CCBC students will also receive transfer credits from UMSON for completed coursework at the community college."
But then in another part they say "To matriculate to UMSON’s BSN program, students must graduate with an ADN from CCBC and satisfy UMSON’s progression criteria."
Its not very clear as to what the program entails, but I suppose its still very early!
