CCBC Catonsville Spring 2016

Hi everyone,

I'm new on here so I hope I'm posting this right: I just submitted my nursing school application for CCBC's day nursing program in Catonsville and if I get accepted (fingers crossed!), I would start in January. Is anyone else applying for the same program? It would be nice to know some people before going in! :)

Congrate on your acceptance. Can you please share your GPA and TEAS score? So, we on the waitlist may be able to gauge how close we are to getting admitted, if they eventually they pull of applicant of the waitlist.....lol

Thank you and sure! My GPA is 3.4 and my score for the TEAS was 91. Stay positive and don't give up! Also, Howard Community College is accepting applications until December for a 14 month RN program, if you're interested in that!

I got my email last week, I have been accepted into the CCBC Catonsville Day program! Just waiting to hear back from ATB. Do not get discouraged if you are waitlisted! I heard many waitlist people get in! My GPA is 3.9 and my TEAS score was 82. I hope you guys get in! Praying for you!

Congratulations! I'm anxiously awaiting the ATB decision too. Which universities did you apply to for ATB? You're the first person I've talked to who's in the same program as I am. All of my classmates are either transferring out or going to another campus.

Hey guys! I have a 3.8 GPA and I bombed my teas (ran out of time on math) and got a 74. I applied to Towson and stevenson ATB. Towson met yesterday so we should hear soon, and stevenson is meeting the 9th. They let me know that we will here before thanksgiving.

Does anybody have any information about the applicants on the waitlist (essex or catonsville)? Anybody got a call yet?

Thank you everyone for the replies they were very helpful. I still haven't heard anything about coming off the waitlist. The idea of going to Howard County seems nice but stressing to get the transfer of credits and application to them in time seems overwhelming with me still waiting for this. I will however look into it if things fall through with my ccbc application. Has anybody heard anything yet? I'm not sure if they will call or email. What's exciting is that if we get accepted we will likely be classmates and at least here we've already got a chance to meet each other :)

Btw I applied to Towson too so I guess if they accept or decline me ccbc may reach out to me with a decision

I will be attending cattonsville in the spring. Do you know of Anyfacebook groups?

Have you tried calling they should be able to see who hasn't paid a seat fee yet. They may also be waiting until the end of the semester to make sure those still enrolled in pre reqs pass all their classes and maintain the 2.0 gpa
