Case Western CRNA interviews for 2011

Hello,

Wondering if anyone else has received a letter from Case stating that they will be contacting them in the future to schedule an interview with their anesthesia dept for the class starting 2012? The letter arrived at my home on Sept. 13th and I'm still waiting for the phone call to set up an interview date.

Got my call today. Interview is set up for Dec. 14th. Will fly in the night before, and fly home right after the interview. Can't wait. Planning on lots of extra deodorant that day. Lol!

I'm from St. Louis MO, but lived in Cleveland area from 2004 to 2009. Worked at Cleveland clinic for about 1 1/2 years. That's why I would really like to go there. Did some shadowing in the OR there and absolutely loved it.

Good luck Futuresrna and realnurse419! I heard they are initially doing 7 full days of interviews with about 10-12 interviews each day. Then they will decide if they need more interview dates....I was told by someone who interviewed yesterday that 12/5 was their 4th day of interviews....

Real nurse -- sorry, i dont know how to reply to the private messages...they gave me 2 weeks to accept and I was asked to put down 200 dollars. Advice? Be prepared to answer a math question, know why you want to do this and be able to articulate what you saw in your shadowing experience. Express confidence without cockyness. You will do great.
