case study - medical surgical

Do you what websites or link i can check regarding case study sample. I have to make a case study so i need something to compare. Thanks a lot :)

What do you mean by "case study?"

We had to research our clinical patient's diagnoses and provide proof that we had done so--I just googled the diagnosis and then looked at the various documents that popped up, cut and pasted from some of them (giving credit in APA format, of course!).

I did find that there were some sites (doctors' offices', medical schools', nursing schools') that were worth looking at and others ("this was my experience," etc.) that should be avoided since they were not based on research, science or established bases of knowledge. Misspellings were a common clue about that latter group!

Is this what you mean? Or is there maybe a format that the school gives you?
