I have applied for a few RN Case Manager positions at United. Did one digital interview so far. I haven't seen any recent posts on allnurses regarding United and would love any input you may have.

Previous reviews seem to be mostly negative, but the possibility of working from home is appealing.

I'd love any input or experiences you all may have to share!

I have applied for one position at UH & now they are requesting a digital interview. What types of questions did they ask you on the digital video interview? I have never done one of those & think it would be quite awkward sitting in front of the computer like that & acting like someone is there.

Specializes in Oncology, LDRP, Case Management.

I worked for Optum, a division of United and loved it. My manager was great. As with any big company, there are good departments and bad. I was very blessed to work in a great department. Good luck!

I have worked for UHC for over 5yrs as a field case manager in NJ for the LTC dept ( we manage Medicaid recipients that get home PCA or attend medical day care). The work itself is not particularly fulfilling but the perks of working from home decent salary with yearly raises really can't be beat. It is a huge company with departments all over the country so local culture / management can differ widely. BTW we are always hiring if anyone is interested, and very few new hires have CM experience.

interested in working from home..i've been a CM for 2 years in an LTAC hospital and recently passed by CCM..where can i apply? thank u!

hello! do u know if u guys are hiring here in texas? thank u!
