If so, what software do you use? What kind of palm. What kind of plug-ins??
Thanks

I have yet to get a palm, so I can't answer this one. :)

I use a Palm Pilot and couldn't live without it. It is great for storing appointments, phone numbers and down loading e-mails. I also down load maps when I'm going to visit a client or physician. I highly recommend one.

We are supposed to getting palms at Corvel, but I hear they are being given to "the most productive" case managers first. Since I do everything online, I can't wait to get one so I can work on my reports while waiting in doctor's offices.
To ryaninmtv, how is your palm set up? What type of software do you use?
I use the standard palm desktop software. I have also added the avant-go plug in from the internet to allow me to download Mapquest maps, which is huge when you travel a lot (as I do). In more advanced Palm models, there is software for tracking expenses and professional time. Another great thing about palm software is that it will link with Microsoft Outlook so you can take e-mails with you, especially ones where the doctor swears he's going to release the injured worker for sure this time.
I work with a lot of case managers from Corvel. I'll have to see what the standard issue Palm is.
