careplan help!!!

I having some difficulty with my careplan if you wonderful people can help? i m writing a careplan for cancer of the esophagus I have to have 3 nandas... I have came up with imbalnced nutrition: less than body requirements and risk for impaired swallowing....if u can help with one more that would be amazing;) and if you can tell me if those I have are good! Thank you!!

Look up Ca of the esophagus. What are the symptoms? What is the treatment? http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/277930-overview medscape requires registration but it is free and an excellent resource/source for you.

Presenting signs and symptoms of esophageal cancer include the following:

1# Dysphagia (most common), initially for solids but eventually progressing to include liquids...followed by

• Weight loss (second most common)
  
• Bleeding
  
• Pain in the epigastric or retrosternal area (or over bony structures, suggesting metastatic disease)
  
• Hoorificeness
  
• Persistent cough
  

Look in your NANDA I or Care plan book and see what applies to these symptoms. What nursing diagnosis would apply to these symptoms?

How is it usually treated? What would the patients care be? What complications are there that would be important? What would the patient need to know? What would their emotional state be?
