Hello - I just started a working for a caregiving company that provides non medical caregivers - most clients are medicaid.
They are required to have an RN complete the initial assessment and create a Care Plan for the non medical caregivers to follow. Im the only RN there and despite reading the requirements of the state - Im feeling a little uneasy.
I've also been asked to complete health assessments on new employees - the only specific requirement is that it includes a TB screening. I have so many questions!
Any RN's out there working in this field?

Yes in PA for 4 years under Medicaids Home and Community-Based Services program. Familiar with a few states regs; in which state is home care agency licensed? What are specific questions you have?
