thank God i found this site coz I really needed words of encouragements at this time... I am 32 years old, married w/ 3 kids and a full-time housewife... I am presently here in Kuwait with my own family, at my age and situation, I am considering taking up BSN next year (June 07) back in Pinas...though there will be sacrifices like leaving my husband behind...I've asked advices from my closest friend and she gave me negative ones. ( she said i'd be too old to start a nursing job).. I haven't worked for 5 years now,my siblings are all professionals, my husband has a great job, I ain't got savings of my own,my friends excels in their own fields... i feel left behind. Going back to school means not having my full attention to my kids, I feel guilty, Yes! But I wanna do something different and something for myself this time (I hope I didn't sound selfish!)...coz I think by doing this it would mean gaining back my confidence...
