Hi all!
I'm a current pedi home health RN enrolled in a BSN program. I'm really looking to switch career paths but am unsure what my options are. I badly injured my back and required 6 months off work so I'm looking for RN opportunities, both inside and out of the hospital, that require minimal lifting. What options do I have?
I've never worked in a hospital setting so I haven't been very exposed to the various avenues I can take, aside from med/surg or telemetry, etc.
Thanks!

Tool on over to the Legal Nursing forum and see what interests you there. If you have more than a few years of solid pedi experience, you could find a fair number of cases as a legal nurse consultant and/or life care planner for pediatric cases.

Maybe being a nurse educator at a local hospital?
