ackrn, first welcome to allnurses.com.

Secondly we really don't DO peoples research and homework etc. Is there a specific reason for this request?

Sorry, guess I should have made myself more clear. I am not a student, have been an RN for 23 years. I have researched on the net and have old printed care plans for everything and all the nursing diagnosis books. Would like to see what others are using as I feel ours is pretty outdated.

Also I thought this was a nursing site where I could come and ask for help, if not let me know because there are plenty of sites out there to use.

Looks like Untamed Spirit took care of your needs and requests on your first post.

Probably no takers on this thread.

This Bulletin Board is a site where you can come for answers and assistance. We share.

But it wouldn't be much of a site if it were reduced to questions and answers.

Why not get acquainted? Why not Contribute something?

Do you generally approach a group and without even a "Hello",

say:

"Can someone give me a care plan for potential for injury?"

? ? ? ?
