a cardiologist & a gynecologist were best friends through college and throughout their adult lives as doctors. as they got older the cardiologist died. they gave the doctor an elaborate funeral, with special music, speakers, the whole 9 yards. everyone who knew him loved him. many were weeping in the audience. during the closing speech, a giant heart opened up and the casket went into it and closed. his best friend laughed out loud during this and everyone turned back in disgust and asked him what his problem was? he said, i was just thinking of my own funeral!!!!
