Has anyone attended Capital University who can provide any insight into their program or has anyone worked with nurses who graduated from Capital? I am currently thinking about applying to the accelerated BSN program starting August 2017, but I haven't been able to find a whole lot of people who can share their experiences about the school. Thanks!

OP:
Go to (collegescorecard.ed.gov) and look up. If the stats are right for you and your circumstances, consider it. But I will say that they are somewhat expensive. Your VA benefits are a leg up but also realize you will be considered a cherished recruit by many of the bad actors and unscrupulous players in the world of higher ED today as you do your factual research.
You may want to consider a community college to do your prerequisites because it is so much more affordable. Your benefits are golden but be sure that you keep as much of that gold as possible.
A nursing degree is never worth it if it costs too much. Unfortunately, many people who are in a hurry to achieve this vaunted distinction don't do the math ahead of time to ensure the expenditure in school makes sense and doesn't lead them back to McDonald's wages. (loans, loans, loans)
So do it on the cheap and reap the monetary rewards on the back end and still have benefits left over for whatever in the future.
